[Tech]How to make simpleserver run in background without stopping

It’s no more news that Simple Server is an application which
enable android users to use MTN BIS on their phones. There are
also versions for Symbian and PC. I’ve received many messages
on the settings for simple android server. I want to tell you that
any simple android server settings that you find on Google for
MTN BIS will work.
Just make sure that your simple server connection is on.
Actually, your simple server may auto-stop (or close) once in a
while if your phone has 512mb RAM. It may also happen when
you’re running many apps on your phone. You will only need to
lock your simple android server to RAM to solve this problem.
How To Lock Apps To Phone Memory/Ram
* Download & Install Xposed Installer
* Download & Install App Settings.apk (this works as a module
for the xposed installer)
* Make sure your phone is rooted
* Run Xposed installer, and click on Framework.
* Install Update and Reboot your device as prompted.
* Run Xposed Installer Again
* Click on Modules and tick App settings. This should enable the
App settings option.
* Now on same Windows, click on App settings and a list of all
your installed Apps will be displayed
* Select Simple server from the list.
* An OFF & ON prompt should come forth, choose ON. And
set the followed page as follows;
DPI: 150
Font Scale: 80
Resident: Tick
Save your settings using the button at the top right corner of the
windows and click back to return to Apps list.
The Simple Server is now marked in Red meaning you are good
to go. You can use this same procedure to stop any App from
closing on its own.
NOTE br /> The SimpleServer App interface will now look a
bit smaller than it used to be. Same thing will happen to any
app you use this method to lucky to RAM. Reboot your phone if
the interface didn’t change. Open your Xposed Installer and click
soft reboot.
You can also download auto proxy to strenghten your connection.
Host: 127.0.0.1
Port: 8080
Then enjoy your smooth download. You don’t need to stress
yourself or risk your phone for IMEI tweaking. Although, there is
nothing bad in that but you can switch to Simple Android Server
if IMEI tweaking doesn’t work for you.
